Options The Old Vicarage

The Old Vicarage is a residential home for adults aged 18+ with an Autism Spectrum Condition who may also have a learning disability or require similar support. Our home is situated in a quiet residential road with a large garden and located close to Uxbridge town centre.  The Old Vicarage is a homely environment where each individual is supported to work towards personal independence, gain life skills and live a fulfilling life.

We provide an experienced and dedicated team, available 24 hours a day and a person-centred approach so the people we support can contribute to their personal development plan by organising their own daily living within the local community including accessing voluntary or paid work placements, further education and learning opportunities as well as social and leisure activities.
