White Leaf Support

We provide care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism and currently support a number of people in and around Buckinghamshire.

Our approach is to work with the individual (and people around them) to absolutely understand their needs and wishes. We are proud of our track record of making a real positive difference to people coming from many situations. Be that moving:

• away from home for the first time
• from residential schools
• to become independent
• because things just aren’t working out

As well as working with young people in transition White Leaf Support are experienced in supporting people with complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, challenging behaviour, profound and multiple learning disabilities and related health/mental health needs. 

We currently have a vacancy in High Wycombe - a small annexe linked to a Registered Care home, ideal for someone who prefers their own space but who need around the clock support and supervision or for someone who is looking to develop their independence skills ready to move on to something on their own with support.
