Options Ty Ni Cymru

Options TyNi  Cymru provides person-centred programmes of integrated care, life skills development and therapy services for young people with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities/associated complex needs and challenging behaviours. The service is a purposely designed, CSSIW registered transitions service for young adults aged 18+, with day and residential placements available for up to 52 weeks of the year. Person-centred development programmes enable the young people at TyNi to successfully transition into supported accommodation, either along the Options Autism Pathway or externally. Set in a stunning rural location overlooking the Dee Estuary in North Wales, Options TyNi Cymru enables young people with complex needs to prepare for adulthood. TyNi is located near to Kinsale School, a thriving Welsh Assembly and CSSIW registered specialist service, and therefore benefits from access to extensive facilities and a highly experienced staff team. With placements lasting from approximately 1 to 5 years, Option TyNI supports young people to transition into supported accommodation within appropriate time scales. Young people are supported to transition into either the local community, their home authorities or alternative locations of their choosing.
