Our adult residential services offer people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and associated complex needs the opportunity to develop social, communication and life skills, to make choices about their own lives and to live as independently as possible. Options Watermill is located on a spacious site in North Lincolnshire and benefits from extensive gardens. Options Watermill is purpose-built for adults with autistic spectrum disorders and complex needs. The Options adult residential services provide homely and safe accommodation, excellent facilities and extensive support from highly trained and passionately motivated staff. Up to 52-week placements are available within accommodation that is designed to cater for residents with complex health and behavioural needs. Options Watermill is committed to person centred planning. Every resident has an active role in developing their individualised programmes of care and personal development which address communication, physical, sensory, social and behavioural needs, ensuring that their needs are met 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and that their individual choices are respected. We provide: - individually tailored development programmes - specially designed, homely living environments that encourage each resident to be as independent as possible - person-centred health and behaviour management plans - individual communication strategies - extensive facilities and environments that promote self awareness and responsibility - a wide range of therapies and support services.
